The constraints of the east-west orientation are overcome within the scope of a modest budget. Northern light is permitted wherever possible in winter; double-glazing and external shading block summer rays. Overall, a feeling of 'escape' is realised with a design that is light, spacious, private and logical - perfect for making family life easy and relaxing.
