Newport renovation

An old storage shed under the roof line of the dwelling was under utilised and in dire need of repair works. Instead of retaining the store, the brief was to convert the area to a walk in robe and ensuite to provide a parents retreat to the rear of the property.

Being located in a heritage overlay required both planning and building permits to be sought for the proposed renovation. A proposed deck has been approved, but at this stage left off for future construction.
